This sustainable banking project reimagines financial well-being by providing users with tools for eco-friendly financial planning, gamified savings goals, and personal growth, all while ensuring compliance with PSD2 regulations.
Built as a Benefit Corporation, Flowe serves as a “companion app” to empower young people toward greater financial independence and a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.
The primary goal of Flowe was to create a next-generation digital banking product that would resonate with younger users by addressing eco-sustainability, personal financial security, and social connectivity.
The project aimed to provide users with an interactive, supportive platform for planning short and long term goals while fostering positive financial habits and promoting digital wellness.
Flowe launched as an easy-to-use, feature-rich app that enables fast payments, expense sharing, savings tracking, and digital wellness.
The app’s gamification system encourages responsible financial behavior, while targeted features support environmental awareness. Through extensive user testing, Flowe exceeded usability expectations, and a dedicated internal design team was established to ensure ongoing product evolution.
