Fastweb aimed to bridge Italy’s digital divide by providing high-quality broadband through FWA+, targeting underserved areas.
Our goal was to develop an intuitive service model that simplified setup, optimized communication channels, and provided seamless connectivity, ensuring that even rural customers could benefit from consistent, reliable internet.
The project established a connectivity solution accessible even to Italy's smaller, rural municipalities, creating a standard for future Fastweb services and advancing internal processes.
Our work laid the foundation for a smooth user experience, ensuring minimal setup friction and user flexibility. This also included flexible account features, such as options to pause subscriptions.
